What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Canovate uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how you use our platform.
Cookies We Use
- Session cookies: The owner_session cookie maintains your logged-in state. It is set when you sign in and removed when you log out. This cookie is essential for the platform to function.
- Analytics cookies: We use minimal analytics to count page visits and understand which features are used. Data is aggregate only — no individual browsing history is tracked or stored.
- Marketing cookies: We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not run third-party tracking pixels or behavioral advertising scripts.
Third-Party Services
Third-party services we use may set their own cookies:
- Google Fonts: Loads font files from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP address when fonts are loaded.
- OpenAI: AI content is generated via OpenAI's API. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to their processing of your prompts.
- Twilio: SMS delivery uses Twilio. Twilio's privacy policy applies to SMS metadata.
- Resend: Email delivery. Resend's privacy policy applies to email metadata.
How to Control Cookies
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through settings. Note that blocking session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in. Canovate requires session cookies to function — if you block them, you will need to log in on every visit.
Do Not Track
We respect browser Do Not Track signals. Our analytics are aggregate-only regardless of DNT settings.
