Canovate is an AI-powered weekly marketing platform for licensed cannabis dispensary operators. The service generates marketing campaign content (SMS, email, social media posts, local SEO content, Google Business Profile posts) tailored to the subscriber's dispensary and market. Subscribers review generated content and approve or reject it before dispatch.
Canovate does not hold dispensary licenses. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of generated content complies with applicable state and local cannabis advertising regulations.
You must be at least 21 years old and a licensed cannabis dispensary operator (or authorized representative) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Conversion System LLC is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised passwords.
Each account is tied to one dispensary location (Bud plan) or up to three locations (Bloom plan). Multi-location accounts require explicit authorization from the dispensary owner.
You may not use Canovate to generate content that targets minors, makes medical claims without licensure, contains federal Schedule I violations, violates state cannabis advertising restrictions, or is intended to mislead consumers. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
Canovate runs a compliance linter on all generated content before delivery. Content flagged as potentially non-compliant will be marked with warnings. Subscribers are ultimately responsible for the final content they approve and dispatch.
Canovate is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The compliance linter is an automated tool that flags likely issues based on our rules engine — it is not a substitute for review by a licensed cannabis attorney in your state. Marketing campaigns targeting cannabis consumers are subject to complex and rapidly changing regulations. Conversion System LLC disclaims all liability for content that subscribers approve and dispatch. Subscribers should have their final content reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launching new campaign types.
All content generated by Canovate for a subscriber is considered the subscriber's intellectual property. Conversion System LLC may use anonymized, aggregated performance data (with no individual dispensary identifiable) for network benchmarks and platform improvement.
Plans are billed monthly at the rate shown at canovate.io/pricing. The Canovate plan is $300/month, starting after a 14-day trial that costs $1. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and will not renew — there are no refunds on partial months. SMS and email bundle usage (overages above plan limits) is billed at $0.075 per SMS and $0.025 per email above included limits.
Conversion System LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of Canovate shall not exceed the total amount paid by the subscriber in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the platform.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the owner dashboard when possible. We are not liable for campaign delivery failures caused by third-party providers (Twilio, Resend, Twitter/X, Google Business).
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the owner dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are associated with prohibited cannabis advertising, or represent a legal liability risk to Conversion System LLC.
